ACCESS Logo Andrew’s Center Andrews Center Behavioral Healthcare System is a non-profit, comprehensive mental health and intellectual and developmental disability center. Services are provided in a five-county area of East Texas (Smith, Wood, Rains, Van Zandt and Henderson). Center services are available to residents of these counties without regard to race, national origin, sex, age, religion or disability. The administration office and Smith County clinic are located in Tyler. For convenience, additional clinics are located in Athens, Canton, Emory and Mineola.
